Peaceful hotel, magnificent location, huge rooms. Units with balcony. Location just next door to the mountains, desert of Almeria province and golf course.

The place was perfect and peaceful and the staff were helpful, the location was stunning in centre. The breakfast was extensive with a great selection of superb food on offer. The service was welcoming in my opinion. Moreover, I parked nearby. Liked my stay, it was really really nice!

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel had a beautiful pool with a relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding area.

The lobby and restaurant were extremely cold, making it uncomfortable to stay for long periods of time. The heating was not working properly, and even in the middle of the day, the hotel felt empty and lacked warmth.

Spacious and clean rooms, amazing bathroom, large beds, well-equipped facilities , helpful and courteous staff, attentive baggage service.

room is very big, outdoor pool is very nice and whole hotel is spacious and quite comfortable, indoor pool should be limited to adults or be more careful with the issue of families and children screaming but in general also very well.

The wifi is essential today, insufficient in almost all the hotel, was most negative to highlight. In the interior room that there is no natural light is insufficient artificial that brings the room and are quite uncomfortable lights that have. There are several sets of lights that work by pressing various switches that turn off those you had already turned on, it is quite difficult to understand and in the end you choose to have only two on. On the other hand if you open the curtain and you are on the first floor people passing by the parking lot see you . The bathroom of the indoor pool was broken and when I called maintenance the only thing they did was to put the chain back in place without repairing it, the next day when they pressed the button on the chain all the plastic cover fell off.

Breakfast is pretty good. Just had to wait in line to get to the grill service (tortillas, pancakes). The pool is full of kids, so it's like a family type hotel. . The golf course is very good, and the nearby spa is also quite good, although it is not, let's say, a big one. The bathroom in the room is really spacious and nice; with a fabulous shower and a great bathtub, although I didn't try it.

The wifi doesn't have a strong signal. The TV is a little small for the dimensions of the room. It is a pity that it only has digital terrestrial television channels available, without any netflix or hbo. platform that could increase the audiovisual offer. I think that in a five-star hotel there should be more than the minimum TV service.

The hotel is located in a quiet and magnificent area of Aguadulce, right next to the main restaurant, center, and the golf course. The staff is very friendly and the services are terrific, including plenty of delicious food options.- The breakfast offers plenty of food choices and is quite extensive.

I spent a wonderful Christmas at this hotel. The breakfast selection was fantastic: freshly-made omelettes, fruits, and pastries were among the choices. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

There were a few negative aspects. The bed was uncomfortable, preventing me from getting a good night's sleep.
